Wonderful design - I love the shelves, and the shade gives lots of nice quality light. Assembly is very straightforward - the instructions explain things well, and there’s really no way to mess it up. However, the way some of the pieces fit together is just a bit off. I ordered two of these lamps, and on one the lampshade doesn’t sit straight no matter which way I turn it around and try to make it sit straight (see the close-up photo). On the other lamp, the lampshade sits perfectly (see the full-length photo) but some of the long pieces that connect between the shelves jut out a teensy bit further than they should (probably can’t tell in the photo, you have to look close to notice). Given the price point and the overall good qualities I’d still consider this a good purchase, but if you want this to look perfect this might not be the lamp for you.. Anonymous. MD. Sat Sep 12 2026
