It looks good and I'm glad I went with the green instead of the cream. It is firm and comfortable. During installation, you might need to leave one of the brackets lose in order to properly align it with its corresponding bracket. The sofa itself is really nice. It's a perfect light beige color. Fabric is nice. It's really stiff, which I personally prefer.. I assume it will break in too though. The main thing I wanted to come here and say is that "white glove" or "full service" delivery is such a waste of money. It was free this time, so I went with it, but I said to my wife, it'll probably come damaged.. because what they do is assemble it at a local warehouse and load it wrapped in a blanket on the truck like movers would. Sure enough, it came damaged, smashed in on one side. Also the "movers" had the white cushions stacked in the middle of the street barely teetering on a blanket... any decent breeze or car driving by and they'd have been filthy. Wayfair is sending a new one so that's fine, but for the hassle, I'd rather have it delivered in the box.. this one is literally the main base, 4 cushions and then 4 feet.. anyone could assemble it. Update: Wayfair sent a new one, this time had dirty stains all along the front of the cushion like it was dropped on the warehouse floor. Assembly took right around 30 minutes, but the armrests were exceptionally tricky and annoying to slot in. Took a good 10 minutes just to get them perfectly seated. I love the modularity such that I can add more seating or an ottoman if I so choose. Deducting 1 star because I didn’t realize the wooden facade at the base didn’t wrap all the way around the sofa so the back looks pretty bare. The feet also did not come with felt or rubber pads so there’s risk that they’ll scratch the floor. The facade at the base is also not very well aligned despite following the instructions. Received my couch last night and just got it put together. I would have given it 5 stars, but the legs are terribly cheap. I will be at least spray painting black or replacing. The assembly was fairly easy even though the screw package lettering did not match instructions. It took me around a hour and a half, a drill not necessary, but makes it a lot easier. The loveseat is comfortable for occasional visits or light to moderate use, but I think the material support will wear out quickly for daily use. I plan to use this for guests, so it is what I expected. I did however have issues with the initial product.
