I bought two of these for a pop-up trundle bed for guest use since it claimed to join into a king size bed. That is a different story. These mattress came vacuum-sealed and expanded to almost full size by the time I got the plastic off. The topper is nice material and can be zipped off for easy cleaning. I gave the mattresses about two days to fully expand and was surprised at how firm they are. Most "firm" mattresses are not very firm; however, I weigh just under 200lbs and I sunk in about a half-inch. It is a soft kind of firm, not a hard, cheap couch kind of firm. My wife laid on the top one and she was equally, pleasantly surprised. That says a lot, coming from her, as she has a bad hip and is very particular when it comes to mattresses. I do not believe you will find a better mattress in this price range and I would even venture that these out-match ones that are much more expensive. Very please with this purchase.. Chris. MI. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress.
