All of our Cedar Log Furniture is crafted using northern white cedar. We harvest our cedar locally from its Minnesota location. We even operate our cedar sawmill that produces the lumber for our furniture! Northern white cedar is extremely light and quite soft but boasts excellent decay resistance and strength despite these characteristics. Cedar Log is our most complete collection and one of our most popular lines of furniture. Seeing as we have more than 25 years of experience building it, we have it down to a science – as such, no one can boast a more solidly built, beautiful natural log furniture.

This Modern Farmhouse platform bed anchors your bedroom with a clean panel headboard and natural wood veneer finish while its clever three-zone storage design pairs concealed compartments with open cubbies. Assisted-lift hinges on the hidden side cabinet reveal two spacious compartments for bulky items while bed-end cubbies and built-in side shelves keep books and everyday essentials within reach. A reinforced slat system with a heavy-duty center beam supports your mattress directly with no box spring needed completing this functional centerpiece for any farmhouse-inspired home.

I am obsessed with this bed! It does come in a few packages but it is by far the best packaged item I’ve ever received from Wayfair. It took a few hours to put together but it was not difficult. I love the unique storage options and the fact that the side flip down spaces connect entirely under the bed allowing for even more under bed storage! Highly recommend this!. Lisa. This standard bed leans heavily on its rustic elements to fill your bedroom with a lodge-inspired style we love. It has a kiln-dried solid rubberwood frame with a warm, welcoming natural brown finish. Center legs and slats help support your box spring and mattress (both sold separately). Bonus: There's over 10'' of space under the bed for storage bins and more.

Hickory is an excellent choice for furniture due to its innate strength, density, and character. We source our hickory from the American southeast where it is harvested in late fall and through mid-winter when its moisture content is low. From here it is kiln-dried to further remove moisture and the bark tightens around the logs during the process providing a truly beautiful texture, and a time-tested look and durability.

Beautiful headboard! Will be an excellent addition to my log home!. Shannon. Woodbridge, VA. Wed Jan 13 2016

We are proud to use reclaimed barnwood that has been repurposed from deconstructed tobacco barns. Unlike other “barnwoods” that are comprised of soft woods like pine, or manufactured using chemical and stain processes, We only use authentic oak barnwood that has been circle-sawn: a far superior choice due to not only its strength and hardness, but also because its beauty and character is naturally obtained. Our Barnwood is absolutely filled with character making every piece unique. Hand-selected by our craftspeople, the graining, saw marks, nail holes and more come together to provide furniture rich in character.
