This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later. Unfortunately, these are not quite what they are advertised to be. I use a small amount of oil as this is what is recommended to prevent food from sticking. You can clearly see from the picture below that even after about two dozen uses it is incredibly difficult to clean up the residue. SO far they appear beautiful. Solid set. Handles are sturdy. Lids fit well. Bottoms of set are coated and perfect for limited dishwasher use. So nice they will not ooze the black oxidation with sets with exposed bottoms.
