This Fan is being used in an Enclosed outdoor Patio. I mounted it on a 4x4 wood post and it has great performance. It was easy to add this fan to a location where a porch light was no longer needed. I purchased a 3 way switch and connected inside so that we can change the speed with a wall switch.
