I really like this flatware set! It’s simple, but it looks really nice on the table. The pieces feel sturdy and comfortable to hold, and I like the clean, shiny finish. The different spoon and fork sizes are also really convenient. I’ve been using them for everyday meals, and they’ve held up well so far. The Mikasa French Countryside flatware set is a quaint design, versatile enough to coordinate with multiple decorating styles. It has a highly polished finish which I plan to hand wash and dry most of the time, although Im sure it would hold up well in the dishwasher. The weight and balance is good, but I find it slightly more cumbersome to use than another set I have. In my pictures I show another older European sized set that is slightly larger, and a vintage set that I consider human sized, along with the Mikasa set in the center. I would prefer to buy American made these are made in Vietnam. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, and Wayfair has competitive prices and fast shipping.. Ritzby. USA. Mon Sep 14 2026

This flatware set is just what I wanted thank you. It has a beautiful design and a nice weight. The only thing I had a problem with is it took a month from the time I ordered it, until it was delivered. I understand things can happen with shipping, but it sat in the warehouse for two weeks before it even got to the courier.. Nancy. St. John's, NL. Mon Nov 24 2025

It is a beautiful set, so happy to see it in person! My last set has served it's 18 years well, but with two kids it has seen it's day of the disposal lol. Time for a new, nice set, I may not even let people use it. I kid.. Tammy. Fort Myers, US. Thu May 28 2026

This 5 Piece 18/10 Stainless Steel Flatware Set, Service for 1 made of a high-quality and durable acrylic handle - looks like the mother of pearl and the highest quality of stainless steel which is beautifully connected by an antique silver-plated ring.

I do love this silverware, especially that it is a true white. The reason for the four stars is that one of the two sets I bought had scratches to it and the plastic sleeves were open on that set. After thinking about it, I wonder if that set hadn’t been used and returned. I’m waiting for some different sets to come from Horchow. If they aren’t true white, I’ll probably buy more of this from Wayfair.. Sherri. Atoka, TN. Thu Mar 17 2022

This is luxury. This is excellence. This is jewelry for the table. One of the bestselling patterns ever created, since its introduction in 1965 Michelangelo has set the standard for design. Deep grooves and flashing scrolls celebrate baroque opulence at its finest. Heavyweight. Artful. With Michelangelo, you brag using history.

Honestly, I hesitated to order this set for quite awhile. I was afraid the detail wouldn't pop because of the heaviness of the stainless steel. I am happy to say I was wrong. This set is lovely. I will definitely order another box of 4 settings.. Marilyn. Homestead, FL. Fri Sep 04 2026

We bought a full set plus extra teaspoons and tablespoons; but over the course of time pieces are missing. A spoon here, a spoon there.
