These are beautiful but extremely fragile. I ordered three red lamps. One was shattered upon delivery. I was supposed to get a replacement globe in a few days but then they changed delivery and I would only receive it in 6 weeks. Of course these red lamps are now out of stock. So, in the event they failed to deliver this replacement globe I would no longer be able to return the two that were unbroken. Since I need three I had to return the ones that were delivered unbroken and I was charged 34 shipping to return them. This hardly seems fair because it was one order and it’s their fault that it needed to be returned. Why should I pay for shipping I am not pleased with this. I had to order a different pendant light (again 3) and I’m hoping that this time they are all delivered in one piece.. Ann. San Diego. Sat Mar 08 2025

Ok, when I took these out of the box I was extremely disappointed because the color was a dark cranberry. I came really close to sending them back and cancelling my install. Yet it was too cold to traipse to the Post. Once they were installed they look just like the pic. The darker the room the.more the red glows. Simply beautiful!. Kima. Wed Feb 03 2021

Just received yesterday and was able to easily install myself. Item was well packaged and all the parts were there. Light itself is beautiful. I love that the height is adjustable. The cord is very long so there's a lot of room to adjust. The screws that were included didn't fit into my electrical box, but I just reused the screws that I had for the old light fixture, worked perfectly. The opening for the bulb only fits a standard bulb, non smart bulb. I love the light and am so glad I purchased! Shipping did take a while but it's because it's in high demand!. Leah. Oakland, CA.
