This lamp is stunning and completes our newly refurbished living room. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and straightforward. I did it by myself in about 20 minutes. Used one piece or the styrofoam to place under the wood body on and then it was even with the base and simple to tighten the nuts and washers. Electrical connection was also simple. We love this lamp. It was immediately apparent that it was of a much higher quality than similar, cheaper lamps, and very much worth the price. Attaching the post to the base was a challenge. The included wrench was nice, but awkward given the limited angle afforded by the base. I had a very hard time getting the post tight and perpendicular to the base. This lamp was relatively easy to assemble with 3 parts which all screw together. The only complexity was removal the protective plastic around the product and managing the cord which ran through the center of each part. While one person could easily assemble this, it was helpful to have second person prop up the parts while being screwed together. The results speak for themselves. The lowest hanging of the 5 lights rests at about 5’3” and the highest at 6’2” as described. The light is a natural warm color which plays well against neutral tones instead of washing them out.
