Nice office chair. I like the lumbar support. As someone else indicated the arms do push down (see pic) so keep that in mind if you tend to use the arm rest when you stand up. Assembly was easy enough for one person but two would make it faster.. Erika. Sun Jun 07 2026

So far so good. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. I'm only 5'5" tall and are two low when folded in the down position. * Construction of seat bottom looks substandard and not very well done. We will see how it stands the test of time.. Jose. FL. Chair is very high quality, it has a very solid feel and is really well made. Assembly took less than a minute and required no tools. Lots of seat adjustments and overall a great purchase. The only thing I'm not exactly crazy about is that the seat cushion is pretty hard and can get uncomfortable after a while. Overall I don't regret the purchase. Great chair.. Matt. Aurora, IL. Really great value for the price. I like that the base is metal and the gray/white color is pleasing. The only thing that I really don't like is the arm rests are not adjustable. Otherwise a very comfortable chair that can be used for daily computer work. Also, I find the seat material a bit scratchy on bare skin so I put a nice cashmere blanket over the seat cushion.. Lca. In our house, we’ve been through about a dozen different office chairs (thanks to working from home and teenagers who sit in theirs for both homework and gaming). We’ve tried a number of different brands of office and gaming chairs at different price points. And unfortunately, we were disappointed in this chair for the price. The chair looked nice, had a comfortable but breathable mesh seat, and claimed to have all the features we tend to look for: adjustable seat height, arm height, headrest, and lumbar support. The foot rest looked like a nice bonus. But once we put the chair together, we found we could not make the seat height or lumbar support adjust. It isn’t clear whether the hydraulic switches were malfunctioning, but if so, the manufacturer may be able to provide support or a replacement and fix the issue. The headrest only moved a small amount to adjust it, and this was not controlled by the same switches. It was also very tough to move up and down to the right height. The footrest was also difficult to pull out to use. The star-shaped base was plastic and came with some scuffs on it. I loved that the chair came with a good assembly manual. However, some steps were lacking in detail and were very small to try to see.. Emily. Snohomish, WA. Sun Jun 21 2026

B100 Se is an office chair designed to keep you comfortable and productive at work. Compared to the M18, the B100 Se features an additional backrest in terms of ergonomics. The wide headrest provides excellent support whether you turn your head left or right. This ergonomic chair has also passed BIFMA and SGS testing, adding an extra layer of safety assurance. I chose this high backed chair because I needed a chair that would be comfortable to sit in for very long periods if time. The chair is not only functional, but it is also very supportive. I really like the ergonomic back support, which is helpful for those with back issues.. Carolyn. Canton, MI. Sun Oct 04 2026

Make long hours at your desk more comfortable with this ergonomic mesh office chair. Overall the chair is very comfortable. It has good lumbar support. One small issue is that the back can be adjusted to go up and down, but if you adjust up, it doesnt seem to stay in that position and slowly slides down when you sit.. Gavin. Bellevue, WA. Mon Oct 19 2026
