The Viking Stainless Steel 2.6 Quart Whistling Tea Kettles feature a 3-Ply base for even heat distribution that results in faster boiling. The elegant look includes a cast stainless steel handle that is riveted onto the pot for a lifetime of security and a comfortable grip while pouring and filling. The Viking Kettle is the perfect stove top accent for any kitchen and works on all stovetops, including induction. Featuring a classic design, these tea kettles bring a timeless look to any stovetop. The kettle body and spout are built with 18/8 stainless steel that is non-reactive and easy to maintain. Because the kettle is surgical grade stainless steel, it won’t impart metallic flavor into your water so you can enjoy the full-bodied flavor of your coffee, tea, instant soups and more. A thick aluminum core embedded in the stainless steel base heats evenly, allowing water to reach the boiling point more quickly than traditional kettles. The magnetic stainless steel base works on all cooktops, including induction. The Viking kettles include a glass lid that offers visibility into the heating progress for anyone that wants to debate whether or not a watched pot boils faster. Being able to see the progress of the water as it nears a boil also allows you to turn off the heat when you want to enjoy beverage that benefits from a temperature that is just off-a-boil. The levered one-touch spout includes a heat-resistant silicone cover and can be open and closed with a thumb or single finger. The spout's melodic whistle alerts you to when your water is ready to serve. Depending on how much water is in the kettle and how long it’s been boiling, heat may transfer to the handle, especially with gas stoves. Please be sure the lid is tightly seated in place before heating. Gas stoves heat more of the kettle itself, allowing the heat to travel through the body of the kettle into the handle much quicker, eventually becoming too warm to grip without protection. We always recommend using a hot pad or other protection when lifting a hot kettle until you know how it responds on your particular stovetop. This is so pretty! I’m doing a kitchen refresh and decided this would look great on the stovetop between the green cabinets with the off white tiles (not yet installed). The whistle is annoyingly loud, so you will hear it no matter where you are. You do have to flip the spout cover up independently of the handle I don’t mind, but you might. The kettle comes with a cover for the handle-you will appreciate it…the handle gets very hot.. Darcy. Chico, CA. Mon Aug 31 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a beauty! Stainless steel, sleek design and its clean narrow design makes it one you’ll want to display in your kitchen, and it doesn’t take up too much room on your counter. This kettle heats water to the perfect temperature for any of your favorite beverages, hot chocolate, teas and coffee. It also keeps your water hot for a while longer than regular kettles. It has a fully removable lid which makes cleaning inside very easy and convenient. It’s amazing! The only negative that I could come up with is the power cord is very short so you need to place it in an area right next to an outlet. Other than that, I love this kettle. I can’t get over how beautiful it is and how easy it is to use.. Jolinee1_6544. Wed Oct 15 2025

At the London Sip, our mission is to provideyouwith thehighest quality toolsto producecafe-quality coffee and teafrom the comfort of your own home. We have designed the perfect stovetop kettle, crafted from quality stainless steel, to be used with both traditional (ceramic, electric, gas) and induction style stovetops. What sets this kettle apart, aside from the ability to be used with all stovetop styles, is the color-coded thermometer integrated into the lid. Each color (with beverage callout) indicates the perfect temperature to warm water for teas or pour over coffee, the perfect temperature for warming milk and the ideal temperature for warming hot beverages for children. The goose neck spout offers precise pouring and control, essential to a good pour over coffee, while the tight-fitting lid prevents the lid from falling off when pouring or moving the kettle within the kitchen. In addition, the heat proof handle is angled away from the kettle keeping your hand further away from the heat of the kettle and stove. The 1.2 liter capacity is ideal for making your daily coffee or tea or for making up to three standard coffee cups worth of your favorite beverage to share with friends.
