Sink arrived with a large dent on the side. Looks as if it was dropped!! Was going to return but since an under mount sink, contractor was able to install such that the dent is not apparent. This is truly a beautiful stainless sink. My first one arrived extremely well packaged but I noticed a tiny little mar on the outside lip of the drop in sink. I called Wayfair customer service, and the representative placed the order for a replacement while I was on the phone with him! New sink arrived in just over a week. Excellent customer service!. I love this farmhouse style sink. My only regret is not getting the grates for the bottom. I can’t remember if they were even available for this sink.
