Giving 5, because I did like the tub. BUT - Adding this note because it wasn’t on the spec sheet, but this tub has holes at the top for an attached faucet. Most other tubs so that picture from the top, so I missed it. Will not work with a freestanding tub filler. Hope this saves others the trouble.. Claire. Cleveland, OH. Mon Feb 05 2024

The award-winning Amiata pays homage to an extinct volcano of the same name—a mountain sacred to the ancient Etruscans, who favored thermal baths. Like all Victoria + Albert bathtubs, the Amiata is composed of Volcanic Limestone™, an extraordinary durable and beautiful stone. The design atelier of Meneghello Paolelli Associati was inspired by this material and the history of Mount Amiata to create a design that is neither concave or convex, but a balance of the two. Shaped to the body and made to sink deeply into comfort, the Amiata stays reminiscent of the past, while being ever present.

Bought this tub as open box. It was a big investment so I had my fingers crossed that it would come in great shape and it did! I saved 1500. Shipping was great and I received it in record time. It’s not in its final resting place yet so I didn’t post a picture.. Sheri. Oakland, CA. Wed Jul 21 2021

I like it. It is small and I can't lie on my stomach in it. It has good back support. Great for small bathrooms. Had to remove it from the crate in order to fit it through our door. Packaged measurements would be useful. We live in a bangalow and I do not know how we would get it in if we were to be in a condo.
