This chest is absolutely stunning. It looks exactly like it is pictured online. The whole chest is solid, well made, and it is very heavy. The drawers are soft-close and can hold quite a bit, however the drawers are not particularly deep. The granite is beautiful and since this chest is so large there is quite a bit of granite surface area. I purchased this for my office but it would look beautiful in a bedroom as well. In fact, I kind of want the bedroom set after seeing this in person. I am so happy with this purchase. Super smooth drawer action. Sturdy and pretty. Tips: 1. it's tall and heavy! Do not skip tethering to the wall behind it. 2. Lots of pieces and parts, give yourself room for the build, and use furniture scooties (those discs you put beneath furniture feet to move stuff around) because this will be too big and top heavy to lift safely. 3. Hand tightening the screws...ALL the screws...is carpal-tunnel waiting to happen. BUT, it's easy to overtighten and ruin the hole. Exactly as pictured! I love the color, very natural. It’s a little more complicated than other dresser builds I’ve done, but nothing unmanageable. There are safety “locks” in the edge of each drawer track to make it safer and less likely to topple over. You can only have one drawer open at a time. I would recommend this dresser.. Anonymous. You get what you pay for with this dresser! Overall, the dresser is nice…after assembly. Pieces get beat up in shipping but this was purchased for a guest bedroom so we made it work.
