Electric Steel Knife

The knife set includes a carving/serving fork and a bamboo cutting board. The power handle, blade, and fork fit into their own tray when not in use, and the cutting board slips underneath to store. Convenient, start to finish! The ultra-sharp blade on the electric knife carves meats and poultry as quickly and smoothly as it slices bread. The ergonomic handle is comfortable, even with extended use, letting users cut uniformly consistent slices, one after another. A simple trigger on/off switch turns the knife off the instant the trigger is released.

Works great for cutting meat. Cindy. Lansdale, PA. Thu Aug 27 2026

Slicing is simple with the Electric Carving Knife. From carving meat to slicing bread to cutting foam for craft projects, this knife makes quick work of it all. The stainless steel blades snap securely into place and an intuitive trigger turns the knife on and off. Wrist fatigue is minimized thanks to the comfortable grip handle, which features a comfortable, ergonomic design. Plus, cleanup is a breeze, just hit the blade release button and lay the blades flat on the top rack of your dishwasher. They’ll be ready to go for your next project.

This knife is crafted in the style of the legendary gaucho, skilled horsemen and cowboys native to South America, the stainless steel gaucho-style knife with leather sheath blends heritage, culture, and functionality. This one will be your trusted tool for anything from precise slices and large cuts, to dicing and deboning, at your stovetop or around a campfire. Forged from high-carbon stainless steel, the full-tang knife features a fully tapered, 7-in blade highlighted with a satin finish. The knife red Polywood handle is a throwback to the "Old World" gaucho knife handles, with the added bonus of a comfortable, smooth grip and being dishwasher safe. Also included is a protective leather sheath, thanks to its cowhide accent tip and belt loop.

Excellent knife! The blade is incredibly sharp and precise, making food preparation effortless. I love the elegant Japanese-inspired design—it looks beautiful and feels perfectly balanced in hand. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the quality exceeded my expectations.. Anna. Sat Aug 15 2026

The Chef’sChoice 15XV electric knife sharpener upgrades traditional 20° factory edges into sharper 15° edges that slice, dice, and mince with greater precision and less effort—even on delicate cuts. It also refines existing 15° knives for better cutting performance and edge retention. The 3-stage system creates the Trizor XV® edge—a unique triple-bevel design built for strength, durability, and long-lasting sharpness. Stage 1 uses 100% diamond abrasives to shape the edge. Stage 2 refines and sharpens for precision. Stage 3 polishes for a clean, finished edge. To eliminate guesswork, flexible spring guides hold the correct angle from heel to tip, keeping each pass consistent and repeatable, while built-in angle controls help protect your knives, so you get the edge you need with confidence. Designed for both straight-edge and serrated knives, the 15XV delivers consistent, expert-level sharpening in about one minute, with quick touch-ups anytime.

It arrived on time and in perfect condition. After reading the instructions, I was able to sharpen all my knives as sharp if not sharper than when they were new (if that’s possible) in maybe 30 -45 minutes. It’s as good as they said it would be in the NY Times Wirecutter review.. Sasha. CT. Sun Dec 10 2023

Three-stage system provides professional results at home by sharpening kitchen and sports knives quickly and easily. Adjustable blade selector provides optimum sharpening angles. The blade selector adjusts the guides to the perfect angle needed for precision sharpening. Select thick for hunting knives, medium for chef's knives and standard kitchen knives, and thin for light blades like fillet or paring knives. Simply draw the knife through each slot a few times to achieve a razor-sharp edge. Stage 1 begins the sharpening process with a Sapphirite coarse-grinding wheel to create the proper angle. Stage 2 continues sharpening with a Sapphirite medium-grinding wheel giving the blade a precise edge. Stage 3 completes the process with an extra fine-grit ceramic wheel polishing the blade to an exact, razor-sharp edge.

Works pretty good. We gave it away as a gift.. Kelly. Columbus, OH. Tue Jul 14 2026

High-carbon CR17 stainless steel blade. To boost its sturdiness, the steel contains 0.6-0.75 carbon. This makes it two times as hard as other knives in its class, as they contain about 0.3% carbon. Beautiful pattern: the special waved pattern blade is particularly striking (CR17 stainless steel kitchen knives, not real Damascus). Your investment is fully guaranteed. We offer a lifetime warranty and return policy. Ultra-sharp edge: it features an HRC (Rockwell hardness scale) of 57-58, which makes it among the toughest knives in its class. The thickness of this kitchen knife is 2.5mm. Ergonomically shaped handle: The blade of this chef knife is seamlessly integrated with the soft and comfortable Pakkawood handle, creating a perfect grip. The ergonomic shape strikes the right balance between the handle and the thin blade, ensuring ease of movement.

They’re ok. I feel like for the quality of the cut, the blades wouldn’t rust in water.. Julia. Melbourne, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026
