Durable Stainless Steel Saute Pan

No other classic cooking method lets you so perfectly prepare as wide a variety of foods as the simple sauté. The name evokes memories of perfect repasts in elegant little bistros but the sauté talents extend far beyond the elegant. It is a versatile cooking tool ideal for lightly frying a variety of meats, poultry, or fish. And tightly lidded the sauté tenderly finishes the cooking process with delicious results. The saute pan bonds stainless steel to a core of pure aluminum for unsurpassed durability and performance.

Durable, heavy and versatile pan.. K.a.. Missouri. Sun Oct 11 2026

The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

The 14" Skillet with Helper Handle is an easy choice for browning and frying large batches of food because it's induction ready and boasts measurement markings for ease of use. The helper handle also makes it easy to transport a skillet loaded with delicious food.

I was looking for a pan to roast whole tomatoes primarily, and fry other foods in general. My wife already has 10 and 11 inch pans, but when cooking large amounts they can sometimes be a bit too small. Also, our old pans are showing their age, with the bases no longer entirely flat. So I wanted something over 12 inches. I also wanted genuine stainless steel for longevity and, based on our experience with other pots we have I wanted the Tri-Ply base. Full-clad Tri-Ply pans are available, but we have no experience with them and the cost is high. Wayfair was the only store in which I saw this big 14 inch pan and their free shipping to Miami was a plus since it would be freight forwarded down to the Caribbean and I have to pay import duties. The lack of a cover wasn't a problem because as you can see from the photos my wife has a good glass cover that fit perfectly. The skillet was double boxed as shown, and there was no damage to the pan. As shown in the photos it is big, but sits comfortably on the GE gas stove. My wife fried a pot of Caraili (bitter gourd) on medium heat on the GE power burner and it came out great. Yes, the handle does extend quite a bit, but our stove area was designed with extra space to allow sweeping and mopping without having to move the stove, so this isn't an issue. The handle itself is a bit narrow, and I think the pan would have been better off with two of the square handles instead of this long one. I've given it a 5-star rating up to this point. We haven't gotten around to roasting a pan full of whole tomatoes for ~30 minutes. That will be the real test, especially the cleanup part of the job, because that's where all our non-stick pans have faltered in the past.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 10 2026

Brisket, short ribs, pork shoulder, with a beautiful selection of root vegetables, for a large party—the limit to what you can braise is your culinary imagination. Its tight-fitting lid and tall sides lock in moisture and flavor, creating savory, tender meats for the family or small kitchens. Part of the collection, the tri-ply clad braiser is made of premium 18/10 stainless steel, an aluminum core, and a layer of magnetic stainless steel. The construction means the braiser heats from all sides—not just the bottom. Designed to withstand repeated usage even in the most demanding kitchens, it also features stainless steel ergonomic handles riveted for additional support and easy maneuvering. The pans are on the smaller side, but you can still get the job done. If your like me, care about your pans looks nice. I’d definitely also purchase cleaning tools like the specific stainless steel scrubber and Bar Keeper’s cleaner to make sure they look nice over time!. Anonymous. Tue Sep 15 2026
