The hammock didn’t come with the correct hardware, but customer service was helpful when we called and gave us a few options to resolve it. Assembly was also more difficult than expected. I’m really happy with this hammock! The assembly was surprisingly easy and straightforward, and I was able to put it together without any major issues. Great product. The wood is beautiful and looks to be well sealed. I was able to put the hammock stand together on my own in about 2 hours. It would’ve only taken an hour however I had to take it a part and start over. All the pieces and the holes aligned well. A couple of tips I wish I had before starting: the larger holes need to be on the outside of the frame, not the inside - the instructions do not make this clear. I love this sturdy wood hammock stand! It's so much more beautiful than the metal hammock stands. I just received and assembled it today. It took me about 30-45 minutes by myself. On occasion it was tricky to get all the holes to line up just perfectly in order to slide the bolts through. But eventually everything fit together.
