I think I had one of the best experiences with Wayfair. To start, delivery was on time, I bought the assembly, so the person that was going to put the dresser together, found a discrepancy with one of the important parts, that without, it was going to be impossible to finish the job. Jermaine, called customer service to inform them of what was happening, so that Wayfair could adjust the price, because of the problem, and then proceeded to fix the problem so that I didn’t had to return it and wait more time for my dresser, and just like that I was taken care of. Jermaine ‘s profecionalism and experience aloud me to have my product, like I expected. I n my experience, this is a quality on a individual that you don’t see anymore.. Maria. York, SC. Item arrived timely, packed well, and without damage. Assembly, however, was another story. The instructions are absolutely horrible and utterly useless. My husband happens to be very good with diy and assembly so he was able to put it together using the photo of what it looks like completed. So I removed a star for the poor instructions. Anyone purchasing should be aware that you’ll need to be confident in your assembly abilities or know someone who is. Other than that, I absolutely love it! It’s just the right size for my space and provides ample storage. The lights are a nice extra! The ten side drawers are narrow but deep, and they glide very smoothly. The center drawer has the glass top, making your items in there visible. I’m not sure yet whether I’ll be using that drawer for jewelry or cosmetics. The only thing it was missing was a power outlet for hair tools, etc. I simply purchased an attractive surge protector that I could leave accessible and while it does take up some of the vanity top space, you could easily get one that attaches to the side of the vanity and it would still be accessible. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the ‘crystal’ knobs and I’m still not sure and I planned to change them originally, but I may stay with them. Overall a great deal as long as you can handle the assembly puzzle!. Lisa. Arizona. Wed Jun 17 2026
