Gorgeous!! My husband rented a scaffold to install it since our ceiling is 20 ft tall in our entry. He then lowered it, and we sat on scaffolding to install the crystals. Definitely a little more challenging installing this so high but worth it. It comes with a set of small crystals and a set of large crystals and you alternate them when installing on the rings of the chandelier. It took the both of us 1 12 hrs to put the crystals on. I think it should be hung first, then put in bulbs and then the arms of the light. We didn’t hang crystal ball. No wrench was included to attach arms. Bought this for our 1938 home.. Susan. Installed chandelier which was fairly easy . My wife selected this model and the look is great. To install I did put a temporary hook on the ceiling to support it. Need to be careful not to damage the paint when shortening the chain. This chandelier is very sturdy and other than the lights not included the parts don't break.
