I had extra crystals left over... not sure if they're "extra" or needed to be attached somehow, but the chandelier doesn't look like it's missing any parts. Gorgeous!! My husband rented a scaffold to install it since our ceiling is 20 ft tall in our entry. He then lowered it, and we sat on scaffolding to install the crystals. Definitely a little more challenging installing this so high but worth it. It comes with a set of small crystals and a set of large crystals and you alternate them when installing on the rings of the chandelier. It took the both of us 1 12 hrs to put the crystals on. Really beautiful, but prepare yourself honestly for some work. This chandelier is definitely a statement piece, but took over two hours for assembly. Each one of the ginkgo flowers needs to be attached and screwed on with a small set screw. It takes a lot of patience, but if you have it, it’s worth it. The end result is really spectacular. The company was great to work with as well. Some of the flowers came broken and they sent replacements right away.
