This pain is as close as it gets to perfection! It heats evenly, is scratch-resistant (no plastic or silicone tools required) and is as close to non-stick as any other pan I've tried and I've tried several! It's so much less finicky than my stainless steel or carbon steel pans. Worth every single penny and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The size is perfect for things like browning taco meat or large batches of sauce. The high sides mean that my stove top stays clean because nothing is splashing over the edges. My only qualm is that it's not dishwasher safe. But it's so easy to clean that not using the dishwasher hasn't been an issue for me at all so far. 10/10 would recommend!. A.. United States. these pans are absolutely perfect. the quality seems to be very high, they are sturdy and the coating seems safe. they do come unassembled and you have to screw on the handles, but it comes with probably the best screwdriver i have ever had for it. i am very happy with these and can cook pancakes, grilled cheese, etc with no issues of burning or sticking, and cleaning them after is very easy.
