We ordered 3 of these lights. When they arrived 2of the 3 lights were damaged. I immediately started the replacement process and waited to review to see how it worked since I have not had this issue before. I took pictures of the 2 damaged light and the e boxes they came in and submitted. I received an almost immediate response of when new ones would ship and waited. This light is STUNNING and my favorite piece so far in my full home renovation! I wasn’t even considering olive, but it goes so well with my new walnut cabinetry. The glass is thick and heavy, the bronze color hardware is elegant and warm. It’s long which is perfect for my long dining room and my 9’ long table (on its way but not in the pics).
