Overall, very good refridgerator with only a minor insignificant flaw. That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. Purchased a similar one in our last house from LG that did not have the extra cooling drawer and it was a great refrigerator - never any issues in the three years before we moved. With the extra cooling drawer it is even a better refrigerator. More options on using the drawer and keeps everyone from opening the refrigerator all the way and standing deciding what they want for lunch.
