I absolutely love this chair. It is exactly as described. I only gave it 4 stars because the back did not slip in easily. I had to have my daughter come and hit it very hard with a rubber mallet. I know there was a defect and I could have sent it back, but I loved it so much I wanted to use it right away.. Valerie. Lancaster, PA. Tue May 05 2026

This rocking chair is very oversized and has a really nice, fluffy cushion. The assembly directions weren’t as clear as some of the other Wayfair items I’ve purchased, and the bolts weren’t labeled. The pictures of the bolts also didn’t match the actual ones, which made assembly a little confusing. That being said, the chair is surprisingly comfortable! My only complaint is that the cushion makes the chair pretty hot, so if you tend to get warm easily, you may want to consider something else. I think these chairs will be great once the weather cools down. Overall, I’m happy with them and would recommend them.. Anonymous. Sun Aug 30 2026

The chair itself is nice and comfortable, but I’m disappointed with the footrest. It’s not long enough to properly support your legs, so you can’t fully stretch your legs out and relax. The footrest feels too short and doesn’t provide the comfort I expected. I wish it were longer and more supportive.. Fifi. MA. Sat Sep 19 2026

Relax and unwind in style with our Papasan Rocking Chair. This modern take on the classic Papasan chair combines comfort and elegance, making it the perfect addition to any living space. The sturdy metal frame provides stability and support, while the plush cushion offers a cozy place to sit and rock gently. Whether you're reading a book, watching TV, or just enjoying a cup of tea, this Papasan Rocking Chair is sure to become your favorite spot in the house.

This chair was not hard to put together but it wasn’t easy either. It took two of us because the way it was constructed, one person had to hold the pieces while the other put the screws in or else the pieces wouldn’t line up right for the screws to go in all the way. Once we got them together, I really liked how they looked and fit in our space. They are comfortable however, you can definitely feel the braces underneath. I plan on getting a memory foam pad to cut to size and put under the cushion in hopes I can’t feel them as much. The image also makes it seem like you sit up more than you actually do. When leaning back against the cushion, you are semi-lying down. We needed to put a firm pillow behind our back to be in a more upright, sitting position. Overall though, I love relaxing in these and would probably purchase again.. Amy. Tiger, GA. Sun Jul 05 2026

Create the kind of relaxing retreat people never want to leave. This oversized papasan rocking chair brings together the laid-back comfort of a classic papasan with the soothing motion of a modern outdoor rocking chair, delivering a lounge experience designed around how North American consumers truly live today — slower mornings, cozy evenings, and flexible indoor-outdoor living. The smooth rocking base adds calming movement without sacrificing balance, making it equally suited for patios, balconies, front porches, bedrooms, or indoor reading corners. Blending the cozy appeal of a papasan chair with the functionality of a patio rocker, this chair fits effortlessly into modern outdoor lifestyles — from boho patios and coastal porches to contemporary indoor spaces. Whether you're searching for an outdoor rocking chair, oversized patio lounge chair, or a statement relaxation piece, this design transforms everyday lounging into a more comfortable, elevated experience.

It’s a very nice chair I initially bought it to go outside but it was so comfortable that I used it as my accent chair in my living room. Now it doesn’t have much neck support and you have to lay down but it’s still nice.. Ty. Sat Aug 08 2026
