We’ll figure something out, but it’s a pain. Considered three stars tbh but it seems like a decent value for the price. And it would be a hassle to send the whole thing back. I chose this sofa for an AirBnB and it's just right! It was very easy to assemble, looks sleek, clean and modern, has a center leg to support a good amount of weight, the cushions are firm but still comfortable, the back and seat are each single pieces so there's no dip in the center while laying down, and it's long enough for a tall-ish person to spend the night on! I am 510 and I can lay almost completely between the armrests. My head is propped up just a smidge. It took a full 48 hours for all parts of it to be fully fluffed, and its a little on the stiff side, but Id still use it (this is going to be the kids couch). I dont think Id use it for the adults couch because I feel like Im going to slide off the front of it.
