I really love this console overall. The size, color, and design are perfect for my entryway, and it’s very functional for my space. One nice detail is that the long drawer has soft-close hardware, although the smaller drawers do not. The only downside is that the drawers have no handles, cutouts, or push-to-open mechanism, so they can be a little difficult to open and take some getting used to. I think a slightly deeper design or another opening solution could have made them more convenient without compromising the look. I would probably give it 4.5 stars, but since that isn’t an option, I’m giving it 5. For me, the beautiful design, size, and functionality definitely outweigh this small inconvenience.. Anonymous. Great cabinets for the price. I changed the knobs to go with my decor. The reason for a four start vs five star is because when I first purchased the cabinets the description said solid wood. Then after item shipped I looked at the item again because I was excited and the description had changed. It no longer said solid wood and a review popped up that hadnt been there saying it wasnt solid wood as they had expected so the description had been updated. I ended up keeping it because I needed something right away. Ive had them for some time now and still like it.
