I ordered this Mirrior to replace a similar oval vanity that had hanging wires. This mirror has a metal bracket with the star nail holes which allows you to properly secure this mirror to the wall. I gave this mirrior a 4 star rating because it’s as described in the product description, it looks great, was packaged securely with appropriate styrofoam which resulted in no scratches or damage to the mirror upon delivery. The issue I had with this mirror is that the 2 drywall anchors which came with this mirror does not have a “Flange or Collar” attached to them, as a result, the anchor itself will not be secured to the wall making it unstable and not safe once I made the attempt to place these anchors in my drywall and then attempted to drill in the screws, the anchor completely went deeper into the drywall and finally gone…because there is no flange / collar to stop it ( which also allows the anchor to slip completely through the drilled hole and into the wall cavity). Ouch lesson learned. I paid a visit to go to my local home improvement/ hardware retail store to obtain the correct drywall anchors. I don’t recommend you use the drywall anchors which came with this mirror. I did utilize the 2 screws with my new drywall fasteners. I attached my picture for review... Patricia5000. Lexington, SC. This mirror is high quality indeed. From packaging to hanging, its quality is evident. Once hung, it sits firmly against the wall and looks great too! It arrived in a slender box where it was well packaged with styrofoam inserts to keep it in place. Once opened, the hardware was separate and the instructions on how to hand it were useful and composed in good English. I like this mirror. It fits the decor of the bedroom we’re updating. It’s a decent weight, not light but not to heavy to hang on the wall without using the studs. My only disappointment was it’s not in a frame. The entire display is a mirror with the “frame” being the painted area on the mirror. Beautiful mirror. It was packed well, protected at the corners. I will update once I get it hung, but it’s going to replace a very outdated shabby chic mirror and it’s going to modernize the whole bathroom. It’s not too heavy, so should be easy enough to hang.
