Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. I love these tiles! I’ve been to every floor place in my state and couldn’t find square LVT tiles. I didn’t have much faith in these but ordered a box to check them out. They are beautiful! These turned out great! They've been on the floor for 2 weeks and there has not been any lifting or bubbling. When installing, I made sure the floor were clean and did my best to get the tiles as tightly fit together as possible, using the claw end of a hammer to really push/pull the tiles together for as seamless of a fit as possible. Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. Ordered the cream. It seems to have a blue-gray cast to it. I bought 8 boxes, and 3 boxes had chips on top and bottom pieces, mostly on corners. I have not installed, but I did open each box to inspect and played with “locking”. I like the feel of the vinyl tiles and hope that these live up to their warranty. I got a great sale price in the wayfair app…saved about 1.50 sq ft. Finally installed. It was difficult to get these to lock and fakll flat. A lot of tapping. This vinyl tile was perfect - just what I wanted, and arrived faster than the same tile at any other flooring websites I found. Plus, due to the free shipping, it was also much cheaper than any of the other sites too! I probably sound like a gushing paid reviewer haha but I’m truly not - I just research stuff A LOT (way more than I probably should time-wise ‍♀️) and am happy to pass on great deals I have used and liked! We hired guys who glued down the tiles beautifully - but note that these tiles are manufactured to have a large gap (3/16”) between the tiles when they are placed next to each other. So, you’ll need to caulk (not grout) between them, with some sort of sanded silicone grout (note that the caulk needs to be sanded, not smooth, so it stays as placed rather than slumping) One tip- I needed 7 boxes of these tiles, but putting 7 boxes into my cart changed the arrival date to 3 weeks away (instead of 1 week away when putting 6 or less boxes into my cart). I called Wayfair customer service, and the lady said 6 or fewer boxes would come more quickly since 7+ boxes would require its own shipping truck. So she recommended that place 2 orders that added up to 7 boxes; I did that (one order of 6 and another order of 1) and the tiles arrived in 1 week after all! I have been a professional commercial flooring contractor for over 30 years. I went with Mannington vinyl plank flooring because they have the best quality products.
