It was easy to install with the magnets. The light has more lumens and it came with 3000K color temperature selected. My only complaint is that there were no instructions on how to remove the wires if you wanted to change the connection. The fixture is named "commercial" but the build quality feels more in line with "domestic/home" applications. Added to that, I would have thought the 4500 Lumen output would have been brighter. With that being said, I am using it at a ceiling height of about 15 feet in a room where there is dark blue carpet.
