Im super excited about this stainless steel pots and pans I took days to decide on which stuff that I wanted, but Im new to stainless steel and after multiple reviews and research I chose this and Im glad I did. They seem to be very good quality heavy duty pretty sturdy, not lightweight, but not too heavy not like cast-iron but there Hefty and thats what I need. This pain is as close as it gets to perfection! It heats evenly, is scratch-resistant (no plastic or silicone tools required) and is as close to non-stick as any other pan I've tried and I've tried several! It's so much less finicky than my stainless steel or carbon steel pans. Worth every single penny and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The size is perfect for things like browning taco meat or large batches of sauce. The high sides mean that my stove top stays clean because nothing is splashing over the edges.
