This file cabinet is fantastic. It was fairly easy to assemble, however I did need another person to help put in the drawers. The file cabinet came with two sets of gloves to assist with the building. The file cabinet is very roomy and with space on top it was a great place for my printer.. Shy. San Diego, CA. This vertical filing cabinet keeps your important office documents organized while tucking easily under a desk or in a corner. It features two deep file drawers designed to hold hanging letter files, so you can keep work papers sorted. An additional small drawer at the top provides space for smaller supplies like pens and sticky notes. Built from steel with metal slide drawer glides, it offers smooth opening and closing during busy workdays. Plus, it includes a lockable design and a drawer safety stop to secure files.

Great filing cabinet. The first shipment was damaged. Wayfair was great to replace it but shipping the damaged one back was a bit of a pain. It’s only off one star as it’s not super heavy duty but it does the job!. Amie. Mon Sep 14 2026

Designed and constructed for extensive use, with an appearance perfect for any professional office environment. The reinforced double wall base and heavy-duty slides ensure that these files will stand up to the heaviest filing requirements.

This is so spacious! Fits 100’s of files so easily. Karen. Bentonville, AR. Thu Sep 17 2020

This 2-drawer lateral filing cabinet streamlines your office setup while keeping paperwork organized and out of sight. It's crafted from steel for a solid structure that stands up to daily use in your workspace. Full high-side drawers accommodate your files and folders, eliminating the need for separate hanging frameworks. Built-in ball-bearing glides let the deep drawers extend smoothly with minimal noise, making it easy to retrieve documents during busy workdays. A central lock operates across both tiers to keep sensitive materials secure when you're away from your desk. Plus, an integrated interlocking system opens only one drawer at a time to prevent tipping.

Love this blue filing cabinet! It came in excellent condition and holds a ton of files!. Ashley. Lincoln, NE. Sat Jun 19 2021

Paperwork builds up fastest wherever several people share a space, so this steel cabinet keeps a home office, studio, or reception desk organized without taking over the room. Recessed handles sit flush with the drawer fronts, so the unit slides into a tight aisle or under a counter without snagging sleeves or chair arms, while a powder-coated finish over welded steel wipes clean of fingerprints. Because it ships flat, one person can carry it up a stairwell and assemble it from the fittings packed in the carton. Anchoring hardware ties the loaded cabinet to a wall stud, keeping it steady on uneven floors and around children, and records stay upright and visible instead of piling up across a desk.

I’m really happy with this file cabinet! It was surprisingly easy to put together, and the instructions were clear and very easy to follow from start to finish. Once assembled, it feels sturdy and well made, especially for the price. The drawers open and close smoothly and provide plenty of space for keeping paperwork organized. I also really like that it has a locking option, which is great for storing important or personal documents. Overall, it looks nice, feels like good quality, and is a great addition to a home office. Definitely recommend!. Alicia A.. Texas. Mon Sep 07 2026

I was hesitant to purchase this file cabinet because of some of the reviews that cited poor packaging and damage to the cabinet. I am happy to report that the two-drawer, silver cabinet (MADE in the USA and already assembled!!!) was delivered in perfect condition and after figuring out how and where to place the hanging folder frames (included in the file drawers) and the cross bars (purchased separately thru Wayfair and described as the Hirsch Lateral Front to Back Rail Kit), I REALLY glad that I decided to buy this file cabinet. I am using the drawers for front-to-back, LETTER-sized hanging files. Because of the width of the cabinet, I used 2 cross bars in each drawer, which leaves about 6"of extra space in each drawer. This space cannot be used to put LEGAL-sized hanging file because the hanging folder frames are too far apart because of the positioning used to accommodate the letter-sized front-to-back hanging files. This is not a problem for me and the positioning can always be changed, if desired. You could use legal-size hanging files from front-to-back and there would be no extra space on each side. The cabinet is very sturdy, but I am going to purchase a piece of clear plastic to put on the top of the cabinet to prevent scratches. You can definitely place something on the top because the steel is very strong. There are 2 front gliders that can be adjusted to level the cabinet. There are 2 keys to lock the cabinet, and I am happy to report I can keep them in the cabinet until ready to use because this is not a push-in lock (thank goodness); you must lock it with the key, so it cannot be accidentally locked with the keys inside (which happened to me with my kids and another file cabinet). Both drawers lock with the one lock. There are also 2 plastic, magnetic strips you can place on the front of drawers to identify the contents, which is a nice touch.. Darla Kenton. Chicago, IL. If a file cabinet can be considered "pretty", this is it. I have the white one and it's attractive as well as functional. Both of my demands for a file cabinet are met with this one: It’s hard to tip over, and is mobile. Through the years I've had several tipping accidents, and the agony is real. Files are dumped out and damaged. This one has a small wheel on the front that keeps it from tipping, a feature that's really important around kids. The mobility is deeply appreciated too. To take the picture, I rolled the cabinet into the living room where I could photo more than one side. But the file cabinet actually lives in the music room and holds pounds and pounds of music books.. Janice. Durant, OK. Sun Oct 11 2026

The dark purple is a great color - file cabinets are fine for the price point. One of the two I ordered has a sizable dent on one corner. It it was to be in a corner or not viewable from two sides, I would be ok with it. However, it is being used to support wood for a desk in a brand new church office and plain to see. Can you send us a new one? I examined the box prior to opening and saw no sign of the dent or I would have refused shipment. Please advise.. Alison. Nantucket, MA. Fri Apr 17 2026

This is a very nice filing cabinet. I like that they provide a way to combine legal length files and letter size files in the same drawer. The wood is nice and went together just as instructed. After completing the drawers and installing thr bottom one, the op drawer got stuck when it went in. There was a part that attaches to the side of the cabinet that the upper wing broke. I messaged Wayfair and they quickly put in an email to the manufacturer. I left with just a new part everything would be fine. Then I got updates from the manufacturer about the part ai needed and when it shipped. The broken part was easily taken off and the new one back on. Once this was installed, I followed the same instructions of putting the drawers in. This time all went well and it looks great! It blends in well with the styling of my bedroom furniture. I plan to keep this filing cabinet in my bedroom. The assembly was not hard but it did take about an hour and half for me to do by myself. This has 50 files in it now and there is still room for more!. Kimberly. Pensacola, FL. Sat Jun 13 2026
