Colonial Mills Handmade Wool Rug

Looks beautiful in my living room. Rug is plush and the colors are vibrant.. Faye. Renton, WA. Thu May 21 2026

This floral area rug features a classic, country-inspired design that brings a refined look to your main bedroom or living room. It's hand-hooked from wool with a dense, looped pile that adds a layer of cushioned comfort and softness to your floors. The low-profile height makes it a smart choice for high-traffic areas since it won't easily trip up guests or get caught under opening doors. A durable cotton backing adds stability and helps maintain the rug's shape over time. Plus, the natural wool fibers offer inherent stain resistance for easy upkeep in busy homes. We recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad to prevent slipping.

This area rug brings a classic geometric aesthetic straight to your home with a subtle feel that works in any indoor space. The traditional dhurrie flatweave technique keeps it low-profile and easy to maintain, while the eye-catching chevron pattern really stands out. Love the rug but not super soft, it’s a bit scratchy and needs a rug pad. The pink is pretty neutral and as others mentioned you can flip it over so it’s a bit more cream than pink but the under side is definitely more rough. Very pretty shade of pink.. Eleni. West Hollywood, CA. Sun Sep 27 2026

Whether they break up the monotony of wall-to-wall carpeting or bring warmth to hardwood flooring, area rugs are versatile additions to any room of your home. Hand-tufted from wool in India, this design showcases an intricate floral pattern. Though it has a cotton backing, we recommend a rug pad to keep this piece firmly in place. To eliminate pesky curled corners, flip this rug upside down and allow the fibers to relax.

Beautiful rug! Well made super thick. Highly recommended.. Joy. Brownsville, TX. Thu Oct 01 2026

Classic style gets a boho update in this breezy area rug. Its botanical design shows off large rosettes and palm leaves surrounded by an intricate border. Hand-tufted from a blend of cotton and wool, this rug has a medium 0.5'' pile that adds warmth and cushioning to floors in rooms that see some foot traffic. Although it comes with a cotton and latex backing, we recommend adding a rug pad underneath to keep it in place.

A lovely wool rug, thick enough that you don't need an underlayment pad, but would still recommend for longevity of the rug. It does shed a bit, but that's to be expected with a wool rug of this price range.. Rebecca. Green Bay, WI. Tue Sep 22 2026

This indoor runner is a great accent piece next to your bed or in your entryway. Dynamic floral motifs and a distinctive, thick border create the appearance of a traditional Oriental rug. Plus, warm red tones contrast nicely with tans and browns for a vintage look we love. Hand-tufted from wool, its 0.39" pile height provides ample cushioning underfoot in a variety of locations. To keep it from slipping and sliding around, we think adding a rug pad is a smart idea. It measures 36" x 144" – making it great for larger floor plans.

THIS RUG IS BEAUTIFUL, SOFT AND WARM. LOOKS AMAZING IN MY LIVINGROOM WITH MY DARK GREEN SOFA. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T GIVE IT 5 STARS IS BECAUSE OF THE SHEDDING. I KNOW IT'S WOOL, BUT I'VE NEVER HAD A RUG SHED SO MUCH. STILL, I LOVE IT.. Deborah. Winston Salem, NC. Thu Jun 11 2026

A tufted weaving technique gives this rich red and blue wool area rug improved durability and longevity that fits right at home in a busy living room, playroom, or sunroom. And the traditional floral pattern ensures it’s the main focal point of any farmhouse floor. Though it has a sturdy cotton backing, a rug pad is recommended to add traction and cushioning. Spot-cleaning should suffice but leave it to the professionals when it needs a deep cleaning.
