Delivered in two well packaged large boxes. Came with clear and visual directions with well labeled parts. It was time consuming but very intuitively made and easy to assemble; took me two evenings of 3-4 hours each to assemble all of it piece by piece. All parts were made of high quality and consistent, no irregularity, now that's good QC! Clamps were the hardest to put on but I followed all instructions. The set is great! Color matches to the pictures and the cushions are firm but material is very comfortable. The bottom cushions strap on which is so nice that they stay in place. The directions were semi difficult as odd as it sounds because they weren’t many steps.
