As with many items from China, the instruction manual is lacking enough details. I’ve never owned a coffee machine like this, so I relied on the manual from A to Z. and the lack of detail is a little frustrating. There is a lockunlock on the milk frother, but there are no instructions on how to use it. And there is a capsule holder, but no guidance in the manual on which capsules to buy and how to use them with this machine. Likes Frothing milk without brewing coffee is awesome. And I realized that I can adjust brewing volume to make more coffee than the default setting produces. The machine works efficiently, the coffee tastes good, and the frothed steamed milk is super fun. Overall I’m happy with the machine and look forward to trying all of the settings. This product is easy to use right out of the box. There’s two baskets for the single cup side so you can brew with grounds or a k-cup. I’ve used both and both work well. There are ridges in the water basin so you can brew small to large cups. The traditional multi-cup pot side is pretty standard with a mesh filter basket and pour in feature. When you hit brew on either side, it takes a minute to heat the water before it starts coming out but you can hear it so you know it’s doing something. Finally found one that lasts! I want to start by saying I intentionally waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure this product truly stood the test of time before recommending it — and I’m so glad I did, because it did not disappoint!
