This little espresso machine works wonderfully. It took some time and practice on the steamer arm but once I got it down my latte is every bit as tasty as Starbucks. This machine is reasonably priced and is small which is an added benefit for my small kitchen space. I am going to purchase two small stainless steamer cups (also on Wayfair) as right now I am using a small ceramic dish (ramikin). Directions indicate to run water through first before loading the machine so everything is hot and the parts heat up. This works! I do wonder on the measuring scoop how many grams it us as it does not indicate in the manual and one cup should be 12g and two cup 16g. This is a fun little machine. Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. Scrubbing with an abrasive sponge or wire pads will cause scratches on the plastic. I’ve had it for a few years and use it religiously everyday and it’s still brewing strong.
