Soooo... They are so cute. The first bar stools took me 45 minutes to put together. One bolt would not go in! No one in my home could get it in. It seemed like the metal back was bend wonky and the screw was no long enough to thread! So I eventually gave up on that chair and went to the others. The other three took 5 minutes to put together. I bought the barstool height version, not the counter-height version, and the height is correct. I saw some reviews claiming the height was inaccurate, but that was not my experience at all. See my photo for measurements. They look great in my kitchen, feel sturdy and well made, and I really like that the wooden seat swivels. The low back is perfect because it gives a bit of back support without hitting the countertop or getting in the way. Overall, these are stylish, functional, and exactly what I wanted. Perfect!.
