I was a bit nervous buying such a big grill online, but this thing is a beast. The first thing you notice is the build quality—it’s heavy. I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I like this flat grill and lot. A lot of space for grilling and very easy to use. But I wont recommend buying the Royal Gourmet grill cover.
