Awesome carpet! So thick! Feels so good on feet! So happy bought 3!. Jennifer. US. Sun Jul 14 2024

So soft and beautiful! Absolutely loved this for our nursery. Does shed a tiny bit but not problematic (or unexpected for a faux fur rug). Machine washable makes this a sure fire winner in my book!. Andrea. Boise, ID. Wed Nov 18 2020

Gorgeous design dense wool carpet. The only issue is that it sheds/ and I am constantly "combing " it, getting lits of "hair balls". Sheri Glazier. Cincinnati, OH. Mon Jun 29 2026

The casual allure of contemporary Tibetan carpets is recalled in the rich and textural Collection. Loomed by hand in India of 100 percent wool in a range of heathered solids, transitional stripes, and subtle plaids.

I was expecting a heavier weight and a little rich in color rug.. Andre. Philadelphia, PA. Mon Apr 13 2026

This is a hand tufted wool area rug with a multicolored contemporary swirl design. Hand tufted means wool yarn is punched through a backing by hand with a tufting tool, then secured with a latex backing, which gives a dense, even pile at a lower price than hand knotted. The wool pile is about 1/2 inch. Sizes in this listing: 4' x 6', 5' x 8', 7'9" x 9'9", 8'9" x 11'9", 9'6" x 13'6", 12' x 15', and 4', 6' and 7'9" rounds. The circular swirl pattern reads well from above, so it works as a focal point in a living room, under a round dining table, or in a kids' room. Made in India. Care: vacuum regularly without a beater bar, blot spills right away, and use a rug pad. Some shedding is normal in the first weeks of a new wool rug.

Beautiful, bright colors. Claudette. Racine, WI. Mon Jun 01 2026

Stellar rug! Super comfortable. Bode. Tue Sep 22 2026

This classically inspired piece will bring an aura of sophistication and elegance to your décor space

Great quality rug; the only reason I'm rating it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the color looks differently than reflected on the Wayfair page in that i agree with others it is more gray than brown. Still works for me although I would have preferred more of a brown.. Kim. Thornton, PA. Wed Sep 23 2026

Beautiful rug! It looks exactly like the image. I love how thick and soft it is.. Anonymous. Mon Feb 23 2026

Durable and beautiful. Sheds a bit during vacuuming, but nothing to make it a dealbreaker.. Franco. Flower Mound, TX. Mon Sep 14 2026

Modern style meets a patterned look in this contemporary area rug. It features a geometric ogee design with tessellating oval shapes in brown, tan, and burgundy hues for a subtle touch of color and a mid-century modern feel. Handmade from wool, it shows off a high 0.86'' pile that's ideal for rooms with high foot traffic, where it doesn't trip up your feet or your vacuum. Our favorite? It resists stains, so it holds up against the occasional spill or splash. We recommend pairing it with a rug pad to prevent shifting and sliding underfoot.

This is a stunning rug and it has transformed my room. However my cat loves to scratch it and lots of fibers come up. It’s killing me!! I vacuum up the fibers and it look better but still not as good looking as it was new just a few weeks in so I’m not sure about the longevity of it. But it’s soft thick and gorgeous. Maybe I’ll buy another one in a few years!!!. Holly. Rochester Hills, MI. Wed Sep 16 2026

Anchor your dining set or define space in the den with this artfully handcrafted wool rug, featuring an intricate botanical motif.

This rug is beautiful and soft and luxurious. The colors are more muted than shown online but it works great in my Mexican living room. I’m very pleased. Kathy. Vashon, WA. Wed Apr 29 2026

This rug is all the more beautiful in real life pictures are very close and the color is beautiful, material is soft, it’s staying in place on my wooden floor without a rug liner or base so that’s awesome, too.. Gracious. Fremont, CA. Fri Aug 21 2026

If you want a rug that lasts, look for a style with plenty of versatility. The collection by Basics is made of 100 percent wool and is hand-tufted. The heathered blues, gray, and sand colors make it easy to mix and match these styles with existing rugs and furniture pieces. Layered or on their own, they add a lovely touch of color to a room and will last longer than trendy patterns or styles.

Very nice rug at a great price. I also appreciated the unique sizing, as 3’ x 5’ was too small and 5’ x 8’ was too large for my space. One thing to note is that the photos don’t fully capture the prominence of the cream accent yarns, though they appear subtle from a distance. The cream pattern is woven in a linear design that is more noticeable in person than the listing photos suggest.. Erinn. Sammamish, WA. Fri May 29 2026
