The product is quite nice. There are two reasons why I am only giving it a four star. 1. The holes don’t always line up nicely with the screws. It’s somewhat annoying and gets a bit finicky. 2. This is actually not product specific, but Wayfair really blew it with this order. They gave us three different dates as to when it would arrive. When I contacted them, they said they were sorry but it was basically just the way it is. This product ended up stuck at the US border. Three our of four of the chairs were great. One was dimpled and defective. They couldn't give me parts to fix the chair and didn't offer me a new chair.
