Love the shape of the fan blades and the overall contours of the fixture. Operates smoothly and quietly. There are a few things that are worth noting. My particular fan was incredibly off balance and required weight placement to get it mostly balanced. Fans with only three blades tend to do this more than others as there isn’t a direct counterbalance. I also was not able to get the dimming function to work via the remote. It's a beautiful fan! We bought two, one for our bedroom and one for a back room that does not get much air circulation. The glass dome is very pretty and filters the light nicely. Make sure you get smaller bulbs with lower watts, standard light bulbs do not fit within the dome and higher wattage bulbs (over 60w) produced rather harsh light. The very last part of install was the light and there were two male connections instead of a male female, but just cut the end off and hardwired it not a big deal. A great modern update for my bedroom that I remodeled to replace the old early 2000s model I had. It’s much more quiet and glides through the air. I keep it set to 6 which is the highest speed. It’s was about 40 minutes to get it assembled and installed. The instruction video made things super easy, but the printed instructions were good too. My only issue is that it does not have memory. So if power gets switched off, it will not save your last setting (including blade direction) and you must use the remote to power it on. The 52" Solid walnut 3 blade fan arrived safe and very well packaged! I currently had an older Hunter brass brand 6 blade fan with an attached victorian frosted glass hanging chandelier style in the master bedroom but it finally called it "quits" so now this is the modern day replacement. The three (3) unique wave design light weight, and walnut stained wood blades really pushes the air better than the older flat blades did which was very surprising. To me, the more blades the better air circulation right? Not anymore. As seen in the picture, these blades are curved, or cupped to capture the air to pushing it up/or pulling down heat or a/c depending the time of year. The older flat blades collected more dust and a nuisance to dust each week. The motor is whisper quiet on all 6 speeds and the dimmable LED light comes in handy with its remote control that attaches on the wall/or not, for an easy reach to control your room comfort! The LED also saves money on not having to shop and dig around for older light bulb that burn out or even worse, shattering glass everywhere. The instructions are easy to follow, make sure you have all the pieces prior to starting your install as well as main power is OFF! The fan also includes two style drop poles, depending the height of your ceilings. Being only 10' high, I chose the shorter pole giving a larger distance between the fan and bed. This fan os exactly what we were looking for. Initially the main attachment hardware that came was bent but wayfair quickly sent out a replacement that was not. Very easy process to get fixed.
