Very high quality, easy to put together, and strong. I am a 6' 3", 310 lb man, and this chair is big even for me. Definitely recommend. I also purchased for the head support, and it is the prefect height for my head. The headrest is not height-adjustable, which is the only downside I see. The wheels roll smooth. The armrests lowest level is a tad high, but that doesn't bother me or my posture.. Josh. Minneapolis, MN. Sat Apr 18 2026

Overall Rating 3.55 Stars – Good Functionality, Disappointing Material Quality I’ve been using this chair for approximately three and a half years, exclusively at home, and I’ve always taken good care of it. Unfortunately, the materials have started to deteriorate. As shown in the attached photo, left armrest has developed a long crack across the surface. Additionally, the seat cushion foam has started to develop an unpleasant odor, which is disappointing and makes the chair less comfortable to use. On the positive side, all the mechanical functions and adjustments are still working properly. I haven’t experienced any issues with the chair’s overall functionality. However, considering that the chair has only been used indoors under normal conditions and has been well maintained, I expected the upholstery and seat cushion materials to last longer than three years. Overall, it’s a functional chair with good mechanical durability, but the quality and longevity of the upholstery and cushioning materials could be significantly better. My overall rating is 3.5 out of 5 stars. The chair still works well, but the deterioration of the materials and the unpleasant odor prevent me from giving it a higher rating.. Ahmet. Rego Park, NY. Strap in for a comfortable chair constructed in thick contoured leather. Adjustable tilt tension and locking tilt control put you in charge of this chair's functionalities. Built-in lumbar support and one-touch pneumatic height adjustment assure relaxing support during heavy work sessions. Beautiful chrome accents set the presentation for this high-back faux leather manager's chair.

Submitting this review 15 months after delivery. This chair is a good value for the price. After 15 months of near daily use, the chair has held up in "new" condition without any issues. I don't recall if the description indicates the chair reclines or rocks back. There is "give" to the back but you would have to have a lot of weight and force to keep it in the "reclined" position which is only a few inches. This is not a problem for me as I don't need this functionality. The item was easy to assemble, I did it myself in no time at all. Make note, there are four small, plastic pieces to insert on each side of the chair that can be easily lost in the packaging. Also, they are plastic (cheap). Install them carefully because if you crack them, I'm sure there is no replacement part available. They require a little "force" to insert.. They are shown in photos so you know what pieces to look out for when you unbox.. Jennifer. Westport, CT. Mon Apr 18 2022

It is comfy and I think its ok. We had it for some time but maybe not the best if you have pets as I fond it not so easy to clean to be honest… I wish I bought something more pet friendly. But if you don’t have pets and looking for comfort and durability its great! We owned it since 2023 so a little more than 3 years now and it was used pretty often.
