Chefs Choice Stainless Steel Slicer

The Red Line 250 Electric Food Slicer is a professional slicer for home use. Features all the technology of professional Berkel meat slicers. This professional electric slicer for home use is elegant and lightweight and is made of a special aluminum alloy. The steel blade ensures a perfect cut to make thin and even slices while reducing waste. The built-in sharpener enhances blade efficiency and durability. The slice deflector, blade cover, and meat table can be easily removed to ensure quick and accurate cleaning operations. The ideal solution for customers who want an iconic design piece to be exhibited in their kitchen without sacrificing professional slicing performances.

This machine is fantastic. I looked for a used slicer but the high quality machines were from supermarkets. Too big and heavy. I looked at some very excellent Chinese slicers but I decided to spend a little more for the Berkel. This slicer is not light but I can easily carry it around the kitchen. It slices prosciutto tissue thin. Instead of paying $15 pound for sliced roast beef I cook a roast for $6/lb. I bet I’ll be looking down from heaven one day seeing my great great grand kids using this slicer one day.. John. Melbourne, FL. Wed Oct 22 2025

This 10-piece mixing bowl set is a game-changer for your kitchen. Made from stainless steel, these bowls feature a non-skid silicone base for stability, plus each bowl comes with a lid for easy prepping and storing. We love that inside, you'll find measurement markings to make cooking a breeze. They nest together for compact storage, saving you precious cabinet space. Just a heads up: While the bowls are dishwasher-safe, the lids appreciate a little hand-washing care.

They are WONDERFUL! Despite my husband NOT listening to me and used a metal whisk on one of them (picture included) besides that, they are heavy duty, the silicone bottom is very helpful with not sliding around on the counter. I HIGHLY recommend silicone, nylon or wood utensils because they WONT scratch up the bowls. And if you really like the shiny finish, please DO NOT put in dishwasher. The lids ARE NOT dish washer safe, please hand wash. PLEASE hand wash all items and you’ll have them all for a lifetime!. Anonymous. Sun Aug 09 2026
