Love it! I’m glad I read the review that said she was glad that she also read reviews about the BEIGE really looking like GRAY in person. I wanted gray to match my other gray recliner and it is perfect! My husband loves his new BIG recliner. He is 6’4” and made my recliner look like a toy if he ever sat in it. But I wanted a little one. So we each have what we wanted!. Kelly. Spotsylvania, VA. Sat May 09 2026

I like this recliner a lot. It looks beautiful and expensive. It’s comfortable to sit in as well. It does sit back a little far from my head so I need a small pillow to hold up my head a little if I’m watching television. However, I really enjoy sitting in this recliner and recommend it.. This review will consist of two parts. What I think of the recliner so far is it is what I expected, comfortable and it survived shipping arriving in good shape. All the moving parts are OK and the remote is working properly. Now for the full service delivery: The photo supplied is where the driver dropped off the chair, on its side I might add. I set it up right to remove it from shipping container. 1. Room placement Nope, dropped on front step box wouldn't fit through door. 2. Appointment scheduling Late on four hour window and no phone call 1 hour prior that was stated. 3. Assembly and Set-up Not a chance. No delivery team, only one driver who wanted me to sign paper before I could check for damage and he took off as soon as he could after dropping off chair. 4. Debris removal No because he didn't set up so I have to get rid of all the cardboard. 5. And finally the $99 dollar option (I received it free) I got absolutely no value. I ordered from Wayfair because of this service as I am 77 years old and have trouble putting things together now and lifting heavy items. My suggestion to Wayfair is make sure when you give the item to a third party is make sure they will supply the service that was paid for. So for the moment 5 stars for the Recliner and if I could give less than 0 for delivery service I would.. Don Barbour. Tisdale. Wed Aug 05 2026

Mostly this is a great piece of furniture. The drawback are the manufacturers assembly instruction for the recliner are not properly detailed. Pictures are vague and incorrect, instructions are insufficient. One difficulty I have found involves the arms, they are not attached. To attach them you have two double ended bolts for each arm. Screw the bolts into the arm put the arm into the slots on the chair. Then, somehow, you need hands and arms thin enough and long enough to secure the arms with plastic knobs. My arms do not fit, I am not super buff and I am 6' tall so my hands can reach but space is limited. The position makes it very difficult to see the end of the bolt and secure the arm. I have given up trying for now. Hire the assembly option. Unless there is a unwritten trick to this, I am having trouble seeing how it is done without strain and annoyance.. Keith. Milwaukee, WI. I was a little worried about the swivel and rock features of this recliner, but they are well done. The rocking feature is greatly reduced as soon as you actually recline, and the swivel works if you need it but otherwise just stays out of the way. Don't settle for basic relaxation. Upgrade to extreme relaxation with CR3 tech therapeutic massage and heat. Reclining after a long day at work is relaxing but it's time to take it to the next level. This CR3 therapeutic massage isn't your typical vibrating massage. This is a deep kneading type similar to what is found in very high-end massage chairs. You control the intensity and area being massaged to target the specific area of any tension. The therapeutic massage combined with the adjustable heat brings an incredibly relaxed feeling to your entire body. Effortlessly recline into almost infinite comfort positions using the power wand control. Using the power wand you can also adjust the headrest and lumbar support to achieve the most comfortable position for your specific feel. Each seat is constructed with individually pocketed coils encased in foam with a cool gel-infused memory foam seat topper to maximize your seating comfort.
