This sofa looks absolutely amazing in person and is well worth the value! I’m really happy with the overall look and feel. The only issue I ran into was during assembly. The platformbase that goes underneath the cushions doesn’t seem to sit exactly where it’s supposed to. I believe it will still be fine to sit on and use, but it’s definitely something worth noting. I also ordered the matching loveseat and had the exact same issue with that piece, so it doesn’t seem to be isolated to just the sofa. I’m very happy with this purchase overall. The sofa arrived in two boxes, and I was able to assemble it on my own after reaching out to customer service for clarification. They were responsive and helpful, which made the process much smoother. Once I had the right guidance, assembly was straightforward—even solo. The seat cushions are comfortable. The back cushions could use a bit more stuffing for extra support, but they still work well. The linen fabric feels durable and looks great in my space.
