Looking to replace your current, used frypan? This copper deep skillet has a brilliant exterior and remarkable cooking capacity with nine and a half diameters of cooking space. This is a phenomenal addition to any copper set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the copper look on the outside of the skillet. You can also use it in the oven. It's not recommended for induction style stoves. Also you shouldn't use it on high heat when cooking because the food will burn and stick. It's 8 inches in size perfect for cooking pancakes, eggs, or even a steak.. Keisharenee90_3583. For ultimate performance and modern elegance, equip the kitchen with a Hestan CopperBond Induction Copper Skillet. Constructed from 5-layers of 18/10 stainless steel and a 100% copper core for quick, even heating and exceptional temperature control. These kitchen workhorses are designed for quick heating, are ideally weighted, and have 20% more surface area than traditional fry pans for better browning, searing, and sauteing. The ergonomic handle has been designed for maximum comfort and control and is secured with flush rivets for easy cleaning and nesting storage capability. Handcrafted in Italy, these innovative, induction-compatible frying pans are oven safe to 600°F for superior cooking versatility.

This, for me, is the perfect in-between fit because I like temperature control and our All-Clad pans stay hot for a pretty long time. This pan, on the other hand, is very responsive but still retains heat, so it hits the sweet spot in terms of size (not splashing all over the counter because the pan is pretty big), weight (because it feels a lot lighter than our equivalent All-Clad Copper Core), and responsiveness (in terms of turning down the heat or adjusting up and down as you're cooking multiple items in a frying pan). I just love this addition to our family!. Juergen. Florida. Fri Sep 18 2026

This cast iron skillet set is sooo nice! I’m moving away from the non stick skilletpans that we usually have. The cast iron skillets actually work better for me than the stainless steel I bought just because stainless steel is so hard to work with and these hardly ever have food that sticks. I love that cast iron skillets already come prepared usually we have to oil and bake them first. I love the different sizes these are perfect!. Julie. Sun Sep 13 2026
