Let’s return this bench. Obviously this has been opened and rummaged around in. There are dirty spots all over it as well as loose stitching. And two numerous threads hanging for me to photo. I did not opt to order an open box item but this is what I got. If it had been clean, I would return it anyway, because of the poor quality of the fabric workings but the fact that it’s soiled and looks used already took the cake.. Carol. Rancho Mirage, CA. Beautiful craftsmanship and styling. An elegant add to our home. We love it and recommend it. The 5 stars are for the excellent customer service that Wayfair provides. The storage bench is not as well made as I would expect it to be (perhaps 3.5 to 4 stars) since it does look nice just material used is cheap. The first one I received had a broken leg, the top thin plastic cover that protects the cushion was ripped which left a small stain and the hinge was broken on the left side. I attached a picture of the leg. Upon contacting Wayfair customer service they promptly took care of it. The replacement I received is in perfect shape. My recommendation to the manufacturer would be to put additional packaging around the legs to keep them from breaking and to use a stronger plastic wrap to protect the top cushion. What is currently used seems to be saran wrap.. Teresa. Belmont, MA. Sat Jul 02 2016
