Im super excited about this stainless steel pots and pans I took days to decide on which stuff that I wanted, but Im new to stainless steel and after multiple reviews and research I chose this and Im glad I did. They seem to be very good quality heavy duty pretty sturdy, not lightweight, but not too heavy not like cast-iron but there Hefty and thats what I need. Had to replace the old copper bottom fry pan when the handle broke. That won’t happen to the new one with a full stainless handle. Says that there's a 30 day return policy. I understand, but the pitting in the cookware shouldn't be happening when the cookware is this new. We have a gas stove but do not cook at a high temp.
