This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later. I ordered the creme colored enameled dutch oven. Its really beautiful. It matches my other kitchen items and looks really expensive. The first thing I cooked was smothered steak. It cooks very well and is easy to clean. They also give you some bonus items. I love this beautiful pot. It's the perfect size, smaller than an 8 qt pot but larger than a 5 qt dutch oven. It's study, but not so heavy like a cast iron pot. The interior finish is amazing.
