The 14" Skillet with Helper Handle is an easy choice for browning and frying large batches of food because it's induction ready and boasts measurement markings for ease of use. The helper handle also makes it easy to transport a skillet loaded with delicious food.

I was looking for a pan to roast whole tomatoes primarily, and fry other foods in general. My wife already has 10 and 11 inch pans, but when cooking large amounts they can sometimes be a bit too small. Also, our old pans are showing their age, with the bases no longer entirely flat. So I wanted something over 12 inches. I also wanted genuine stainless steel for longevity and, based on our experience with other pots we have I wanted the Tri-Ply base. Full-clad Tri-Ply pans are available, but we have no experience with them and the cost is high. Wayfair was the only store in which I saw this big 14 inch pan and their free shipping to Miami was a plus since it would be freight forwarded down to the Caribbean and I have to pay import duties. The lack of a cover wasn't a problem because as you can see from the photos my wife has a good glass cover that fit perfectly. The skillet was double boxed as shown, and there was no damage to the pan. As shown in the photos it is big, but sits comfortably on the GE gas stove. My wife fried a pot of Caraili (bitter gourd) on medium heat on the GE power burner and it came out great. Yes, the handle does extend quite a bit, but our stove area was designed with extra space to allow sweeping and mopping without having to move the stove, so this isn't an issue. The handle itself is a bit narrow, and I think the pan would have been better off with two of the square handles instead of this long one. I've given it a 5-star rating up to this point. We haven't gotten around to roasting a pan full of whole tomatoes for ~30 minutes. That will be the real test, especially the cleanup part of the job, because that's where all our non-stick pans have faltered in the past.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 10 2026

As a set, it would be nice if it came with a steamercolander pot. But overall, decent for the price when comparing it to the top-tier companies like All-Clad. The pans are on the smaller side, but you can still get the job done. If your like me, care about your pans looks nice. I’d definitely also purchase cleaning tools like the specific stainless steel scrubber and Bar Keeper’s cleaner to make sure they look nice over time!. Anonymous. Tue Sep 15 2026

This nonstick stove top griddle delivers superior long-lasting performance for effortless food release over and over again, so you can cook with confidence and serve even the most delicate food with ease. Elevate your cooking experience with Calphalon Premier, and enjoy the exceptional performance with endless possibilities. Designated chemical disclosure: this product contains PTFE, aluminum, and stainless steel (iron, chromium, nickel, manganese, copper, phosphorus).

I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I have both and find that ceramic non-stick just doesn't offer the same non-stick performance. So I will keep using this as long as I can.. Julie. CA. Wed May 27 2026

Braise fish and chicken, simmer pasta sauce, and heat soup in the saute pan with helper handle and cover! Create delicious homemade risottos. Premium stainless steel ensures superior heat distribution.

I am transitioning to stainless steel pans and needed a large-capacity pot. This is perfect! To be transparent, I did not pay full-price for this. It was 50% off, and I used some reward dollars. Stainless steel sears. Non-stick releases. Most kitchens need both, which usually means two sets of pots and pans competing for cabinet space. The Lexi Home 7-Piece Cookware Set puts both on one surface. Each piece is tri-ply stainless steel cookware, built with an aluminum core between two layers of steel for even heat across the pan. The cooking surface is etched in a diamond pattern. Raised steel handles the sear. Non-stick in the recesses handles the release. Eggs slide free. Steak builds a crust. Pan sauces start from the fond, not from scratch. That is the working principle behind hybrid cookware, and the reason one etched non-stick cookware set can do the work of two. The set covers the core of daily cooking for home chefs. A 10-inch skillet for eggs and quick sears. A 2.7-quart saucepan for grains and sauces. A 4.2-quart sauté pan for one-pan dinners. A 4.8-quart casserole for soups, braises, and pasta. Three lids hold in heat and moisture. Every piece works on gas, electric, and induction cooktops, moves from stovetop to oven - without the lids - up to 500°F, and goes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. With steel on every exterior surface and steel on the cooking peaks, this kitchen cookware set is built as durable cookware for daily use. Hybrid performance, without the hybrid price tag.

We love this set of cookware. Professionally made and the closest to a commercial set as I’ve been in years. I’m looking forward to many years of use!. Mark N. Fredericksburg, TX. Thu Sep 03 2026

The perfect 12" skillet with a lid for a crowd-pleasing paella, risotto, or beef stroganoff. The attractive glass cover locks in flavors allows for easy simmering, and displays the tempting dish inside! 12" skillet with lid is high quality, yet affordable. Any cook would be happy to have this nicely crafted pan on hand for sauteing and frying. The stainless steel interior is non-reactive with food and it's also tough enough to withstand the use of metal utensils. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability.
