This nonstick stove top griddle delivers superior long-lasting performance for effortless food release over and over again, so you can cook with confidence and serve even the most delicate food with ease. Elevate your cooking experience with Calphalon Premier, and enjoy the exceptional performance with endless possibilities. Designated chemical disclosure: this product contains PTFE, aluminum, and stainless steel (iron, chromium, nickel, manganese, copper, phosphorus).

I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I have both and find that ceramic non-stick just doesn't offer the same non-stick performance. So I will keep using this as long as I can.. Julie. CA. Wed May 27 2026

The perfect 12" skillet with a lid for a crowd-pleasing paella, risotto, or beef stroganoff. The attractive glass cover locks in flavors allows for easy simmering, and displays the tempting dish inside! 12" skillet with lid is high quality, yet affordable. Unlike many lines of cookware, this can go in the dishwasher for clean-up, yet the aluminum core within the base provides even and efficient heating. Any cook would be happy to have this nicely crafted pan on hand for sauteing and frying. The stainless steel interior is non-reactive with food and it's also tough enough to withstand the use of metal utensils. The large size is ideal for cooking pancakes, chicken breasts, pork chops, and more.

Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless-steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with most cooktops, however, it is not induction capable. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on most cooktops, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. Elevate your everyday cooking with the Cuisinart FusionPlus Nonstick Stainless Steel Saute Pan with Lid. The stainless steel pan features professional stainless steel construction and an aluminum-encapsulated base for even heating, making it ideal for searing multiple steaks or fish fillets, sautéing larger batches of vegetables, or preparing sauces and one-pan meals, ensuring perfect searing and superior release. Cool Grip handles stay cool to the touch, and the pan is both dishwasher safe and compatible with all stovetops, including induction.

This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. I am very pleased with this purchase and the price makes it even better.. Karen. New York, NY. Wed Aug 05 2026

I tried canceling my order, but didn’t do it in time, so when the pans arrived, I had every intention of returning them. I decided to open them and once I did, I knew I had to keep them. I could just feel the quality of them. The handle is a little awkward but that’s okay. Jay. US. Mon Nov 03 2025
